Looking out over a expansive lotus pond, I’ve realized that true beauty isn’t always found in the highest blossom or the lotus in full bloom.
Often, I’m drawn to the ones yet to open—patiently awaiting their time. Waiting for the sunlight, the water’s warmth, or a quiet moment to be seen.
By staying a little longer, small details come alive: petals shifting in the wind, gentle ripples across the water. The surrounding silence gradually brings us back to our inner voice.
This is the essence I wanted to capture in THE TWILIGHT BEFORE SUNSHINE.

Sometimes, when you look closely across a vast pond of lotuses, the most beautiful flower is not always the one that stands above the rest, nor the one in fullest bloom.
It may be a flower still waiting—for its own quiet hour, for a light worthy of its unfolding, for the water to hold just the right warmth, and for someone to find it at just the right moment.
And if you stay long enough to watch, you may begin to notice the stillness, the calm within the gentle breeze, the slightest movement of a petal, the water’s surface stirring to the rhythm of nature’s breath.
A secret garden lives upon the water, its surface quiet as a mirror, its silence softly speaking to us—a conversation in the deep, unspoken language of the soul.

By capturing the nuances of pink and yellow lotuses as light shifts across them, I gradually transformed their forms and shades into jewelry. Each creation holds a distinct beauty, reflecting the individuality of every lotus in the water.
My hope is that the women who wear these pieces remember: perfection is not a prerequisite for beauty, and there is no need to hurry your own blossoming.
We each have our own timing. And even in the waiting, we are inherently worthy.
