Occasionally, displayed prices (both selling price and delivery cost) are subject to be adjusted in response of global currency exchange rate changes. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.

If pricing error has been found, we will notify you immediately. We shall not oblige to accept an order for incorrect-price product advertised, and shall reserve a right to cancel the designated orders.

If your completed order carries incorrect price item, we will email or telephone or text you to inform we do not accept your order and/or that the relevant part of order has been cancelled.

You are able to follow up your products and delivery schedule with us, by receiving of Tracking Number, delivery agent, date or departure which we will send an email to you after your order confirmation is notified. Please be acknowledged that we use the separate service of delivery agent between domestic (Thailand) and International destination.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Regularly, we always monitoring the stock list and replenishing when reaching to low stock level.


We will take reasonable efforts to ensure the following estimated delivery lead times from the date of your order.

When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you the Confirmation of Order by email with tracking information related to the delivery of goods.

When your order and payment completed, we proceed the stock preparation at different number of days depending on the craftsmanship by us.

– “Exquisite 10” range during 15-30 days
– “One Master” range during 30-60 days or further

Delivery estimation

– Products delivery within Thailand take time 3-7 work days.
– International delivery take for 15-30 work days.
Remarks: Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. SARRAN is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes at ends.

Each delivery package will contain, in addition to your purchased SARRAN product: (i) all related accessories, if any; (ii) SARRAN wooden box; (iii) printed note(s) containing a designer message (iv) the packing slip without price.

Within the shipping procedure, we and delivery provider require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by SARRAN, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us.

If delivery is considered delayed by any out of control factors, we will contact you via email to let you know and we will take action to solve such a delay to your best convenience.


Any purchasing outside of Kingdom of Thailand will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are excluded in the final purchase price. The cost will pay by the destination of parcel when successfully received. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from FeDex or an import broker appointed by you.

We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine an additional import tax prior to purchase completion.


In order to ensure your total satisfaction, any case of purchase through our website may be exchanged or returned for a refund or merchandise credit, you must return within seven (7) days after delivery completed at your ends.

Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing.

Engraved, embossed, special order, personalized, made to order creations and items that show sign of wear cannot be exchanged or returned or refunded.

SARRAN products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all

protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original SARRAN wood box and delivery package. We will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. Please wrap your item (/s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to SARRAN. We will not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged during transit.
